The recent storms have eroded the beach and caused sand to build up under the tug station pontoon. Work started on January 8th to dredge under the pontoon and move beach material back down the beach. It is expected to last two weeks and the car park and cafe remain open. Why not pop down and take a look at the big diggers and trucks at work?
