Maritime Transport has grown rapidly in the last decade or so, to become a leading player in the logistics sector. It began life here in Felixstowe and recently opened a brand new headquarters building in Clickett Hill Road, next to its own yard in Felixstowe. Apart from an exclusive photographic tour, FTVs Maureen also interviewed the Group Managing Director of Maritime Transport, John Williams who talked about the growth of the company and it’s importance to the local economy.
The building itself is quite a landmark and is a state of the art office with first class facilities. It also has some unique decor such as the blue marble floor and amazing Italian glass chandelier in the atruim.
